bill the insurance company for you, claims are sent to the clearing house, the insurance company pays you direct. We collect
copies of the insurance EOB's from your office, post the payment in our practice management software then bill the patient
for the balance. All payments go direct to you.

software. We have practices connected to our servers using NDC Medical Connect. NDC Medical Connect exports data from our
NDCHealth practice management system to ChartingPlus™. This link between our practice management software and your EMR system
provides an end to end solution tying together the entire physician office from scheduling to exams and treatment to billing.
Avoid Duplicate Data Entry:
• Export patient data directly from our practice management system to your EMR system
rather than
rekeying the information.
• Import financial transaction data captured by the physician back into our practice
management system
saving hours of manual keying after the patient visit.
Maintain Timely Information:
• Allow
users to export patient appointment information at regularly scheduled intervals and
up to five days in advance. For unscheduled
patients staff can send patient appointment and demographic information immediately upon patient check-in.
• Export patient
data from our practice management system to your EMR package to ensure the physician has the most current patient demographic
and insurance
information.
